Shipping & Returns
1. Stock and Production Lead Times
All of our wallpapers are currently printed to order to ensure that the required number of rolls for your order are all printed at the same time and from the same batch to ensure consistency – our general lead time from placement of order is 7-10 days.
Smaller fabric orders may be cut from stock if stock is available at the time, otherwise your order will be custom printed with our general print lead time of 7-10 days.
If for some reason we believe your order may take us longer than the quoted 7-10 days we will be in touch within a couple of days of ordering to advise you of the likely delay.
If your order is particularly time sensitive please contact our team BEFORE placing your order so that we can confirm if we can accommodate your timing in our production schedule.
Orders shipping within Australia will be despatched either with Australia Post or with a courier, depending on the size of your order and your location.
Samples are sent within Australia via regular Post, which is untracked. International samples are posted via regular Airmail (also untracked). Please contact our team if you wish to upgrade to a tracked or Express shipping method for your samples – we may invoice you for any additional postage charges. If you have not received your samples within 2 weeks (AUS) or 4 weeks (International) please contact our team and we will investigate and resend if necessary.
Domestic wallpaper and fabric orders will most often be despatched via a courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.
International orders will be sent via UPS Express courier service with full tracking.
Please note that fabric orders 3m and under may be folded whilst orders over 3m will be sent on a roll.
Due to the custom printed nature of our service, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wallpaper or fabric (unless the product has been proven faulty).
All of our wallpaper and fabrics are hand silkscreen-printed here in our Sydney studio. Our products have been individually printed by craftspeople using traditional methods of printing. As such, any slight imperfections in printing or colour matching are due to the human element involved and are part of the character of a hand-printed design.
All of our wallpapers and fabrics are carefully inspected before despatch to ensure that the print is of acceptable quality. If you believe that the product you have received is faulty, please contact our team with details and photos of your order and we will work with you to reach an acceptable solution. Faulty returns will only be accepted on uncut rolls, within 7 days of invoice. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check goods, including if delivered directly to a third party.
Please ensure that you order enough wallpaper and/or fabric to comfortably complete your job, as due to slight variations in print colours and bases we cannot guarantee that any subsequent orders of the same paper or fabric will be an exact batch match to your original order.
